Why is there an uproar over Citizenship Amendment Bill?

What actually is CAB, Citizenship Amendment Bill?    The  Citizenship Amendment Bill 2019 , seeks to give citizenship rights to non-muslim refugees from Pakistan, Afghanistan and Bangladesh. The Bill seeks to amend the definition of illegal immigrants for Hindu, Sikh, Parsi, Buddhist and Christian immigrants from these three countries who have lived in India without documentation.  The Bill has already been passed in Lower house of Parliament, though a lot of hue and cry was made by the opposition parties and social activists over its passage. Onion price likely to fall over next few days

Onions remain the butt of jokes nationwide, the good news is that the onion prices have begun declining since Tuesday. The price sharply dropped in Coimbatore on Tuesday, as the wholesale price of onions was Rs 80 to Rs.90 per Kg, as against Rs.150 per Kg just four days back. In Wayanad, the price dropped to Rs.140 a kilo from Rs.155 on Monday. Onion prices  fell by Rs 5-15 per kg in the wholesale market till Monday. As demand for the bulb has dropped and supplies are likely to increase further prices may come down further, said an APMC official.    Reason for price rise   Onion prices   had soared to a record level in the last few days owing to the poor climatic conditions in key producing states of Maharashtra and Karnataka.
