Delhi Violence: Questions on governance

The communal violence in north east Delhi is getting worse and the  police must clamp down on them . Delhi is witnessing one of the worst clashes in its history.  Just a few miles away from the central vistas, from where the Government of India runs, the North Eastern Delhi is burning in tthe communal clashes that has claimed more than 20 lives till now and has left more than 190 people are seriously injured. A head constable Ratan Lal has also lost his life. The clashes become more violent when the mob of anti-CAA protesters and pro-CAA demonstrators took over the parts of the city  wielding canes, swords, revolvers, iron rods, sticks and weapons . Delhi police have proved themselves inefficient in responding to the situation. It’s also claimed that the Delhi Police has acted in a very partisan way and allowed the situation to become even worse. Many videos are circulating on the Social Media platforms in which it can be seen that the police allowed the mob to act freely,
