'PFI, foreign funding, international conspiracy', when the Yogi government clocks then passes time from all these
In its investigation in the Hathras case, the ED has termed the alleged relationship between Bhima Army and PFI as false. The ED also said that there was no foreign funding in the Hathras incident. It is a lie to say 100 crores from abroad .
Significantly, the UP police had said about the international conspiracy in the alleged gang rape and murder in Hathras. The police had also said that an atmosphere of tension was created in Hathras due to the mutual relationship between PFI and Bhima Army.
It was also being said that 100 crore funding was done in Hathras gangrape. On the Hathras incident, CM Yogi also said that an international conspiracy is being hatched to incite ethnic and communal riots in the state.
The UP police had lodged FIRs against 19 people in the state over the alleged international conspiracy in the Hathras scandal and around 400 people were charged with sedition, conspiracy, attempts to spread unrest in the state and inciting communal tension.
The most interesting thing is that neither any evidence has been found yet nor has it been officially confirmed. In its investigation, ED has termed things like PFI connection, foreign funding of 100 crore.
Earlier , during the CAA Protest Protests were held in many parts of the state, during which time there was a fire of violence in many cities. Many people also lost their lives in violence. During that time too, the government had termed it as an international conspiracy, had told the PFI connection , not only that it was also said to be the handiwork of Islamic countries.
If we see the tenure of the Yogi government, then in all the incidents of violence that have taken place so far, they have dismissed it as an international conspiracy. We have also seen that this international conspiracy is not less than a 'time pass' for any event. Because of this, the government changes the natives, trying to cover their crimes in a curtain.
किसी भी घटना, वारदात के दो-चार हफ्ते बीतते हैं और सुनने में आता है कि गैंगरेप, हत्या, जातीय वर्चस्व, आधी रात को परिजनों के इजाजत के बगैर रेप पीड़िता का अंतिम संस्कार करना अफवाह हैं.असलियत तो अतंरराष्ट्रीय साजिश, पीएफआई, नक्सल एंगल और बाहर की फंडिंग है. लोगों का ध्यान वास्तविक मुद्दे से हटकर एक कॉन्सपिरेसीपर चली जाती है.
सरकार कहती है कि हाथरस, सीएए जैसी तमाम घटनाओं में अंतरराष्ट्रीय साजिश हुई थी. लेकिन सवाल ये उठता है कि ऐसे मामलों में हमारी खुफिया एजेंसी, पुलिस को क्यों नहीं खबर लगती. आखिर वे ऐसी सो कॉल्ड साजिशों को पहले ही क्यों नहीं रोकने का प्रयास करते? सच तो ये है कि सरकार ने ऐसी तमाम साजिशों के दम पर अपनी नाकामियों को छुपाया है या यूं कहें कि ‘टाइम पास’ किया है. मालूम हो कि ऐसे मामलों में न तो कोई पुख्ता सबूत मिलते हैं और न ही चार्जशीट फाइल की जाती है.
जहां तक हाथरस मामले का सवाल है, ईडी ने भीम आर्मी से पीएफआई का कनेक्शन और विदेशों से 100 करोड़ की फंडिंग की बात को झूठ करार दिया है. नक्सल एंगल वाली संदिग्ध महिला भी पुलिस से सबूत मांग रही है. लेकिन सरकार ‘अंतरराष्ट्रीय साजिश’ के तहत टाइम पास कर रही है. जांच में अभी तक सरकार के दावे गलत ही साबित हुए हैं.
हाथरस जैसी घटनाओं का सच तो ये है कि गैंगरेप, हत्या, जातीय वर्चस्व, रात के अंधेरे में पुलिस की करतूत जैसी बातें सिर्फ दो-चार दिन के लिए होती हैं. असली मुद्दे तो नक्सल एंगल, पीएफआई, अंतरराष्ट्रीय साजिश हो जाते हैं जो कई हफ्तों तक सरकार घुमाती रहती है. फिलहाल, इन तमाम मुद्दों पर सरकार जांच कर रही है, अब कथित नक्सल, विदेशी फंडिंग गिरोह बेनकाब होते हैं या नहीं देखने वाली बात होगी.
